Student-Teacher Impregnates 24 Students, 4 Teachers, Headmistress – Report

According to reports, a student teacher who is purportedly performing his required teaching practice in Ghana has amassed an unwelcome misbehavior record.

According to reports, a student teacher conducting fieldwork in one of the basic schools in the Ashanti region's Asokore Mampong community did the unimaginable. Voltaweb.com, a website headquartered in Ghana, claimed in a report that the Ghanaian education administration later refuted that he had reportedly impregnated 24 students while they were under his tutelage.

In addition to the school headmistress, the student teacher was said to have added four regular female teachers to the family.

In the Western Region, the student teacher is a level 400 student from a well-known college of education.

According to a Voltawebpage.com story, the sexual misdeeds of the student teacher reached their peak when the community learned of their headmistress's amorous association with him.

According to reports, the Asokore Mampong Municipal Police Command made an arrest.

Nevertheless, the headmistress, four female teachers, and officials of the Ghana Education Service in Asokore Mampong in the Ashanti Region refuted the news portal's allegations that a teacher-trainee assigned to a school in the municipality had pregnant 24 of the students.

According to a statement from the Asokore Mampong Municipal Education Directorate dated June 3, 2022, all eight schools in the municipality are led by men, with the exception of one whose principal is a woman who is characterized as being in her senior years and getting ready to retire next year.

GES disputes claims that a teaching candidate had become pregnant by 24 pupils, four instructors, and the headmistress.

The municipality is cited in the statement as an example of the sharp drop in adolescent pregnancies.

"The Directorate has facts to back up the claim that adolescent pregnancies have declined in our schools. The number of pregnant school girls in our Municipality's schools has decreased over the past three years, according to the Girls' Education section, some passages of the announcement noted.

The directorate pointed out that nobody could have impregnated all 31 individuals as reported in that report by the Volta Web Page.

The Directorate urged the media to get in touch with them "at any moment to verify or confirm problems involving education in the municipality."

The Asokore Mampong Education Directorate said, "As part of our open door policy, we are ever ready to give more information and explanation on this and related subjects."
